Detailed description of performance

1. Structure

1.1 Shell design: The shell is made of 1.2 or 1.5mm galvanized sheet, sprayed with special powder for outdoor use, and outdoor anti-corrosion for more than 7 years.
1.2 Waterproof design: The outer shell structure is designed with waterproof groove and waterproof labyrinth for entering and exiting the air hole to meet the IP55 protection level.
1.3 Dust-proof design: Special dust-proof filter (medium-efficient dust filter) is designed for the air inlet and outlet, which filters dust in the air and prevents mosquitoes from entering the machine.
1.4 High-permeability glass: The protective glass of the whole screen is made of 6mm high-permeability tempered glass or AR anti-glare tempered glass, with light transmittance ≥97% and high light transmission.
1.5 Maintenance: The whole machine adopts front/rear double-opening mode, which can conveniently maintain the internal display, glass, heat-dissipating components and electronic components. The whole machine adopts modular design, which is convenient for installation and maintenance.
1.6 Anti-theft design: The base adopts an internal lock design to prevent the screws from moving from the outside and move the machine equipment to ensure safety and security.
1.7 Installation and fixing: The base is designed and installed with fixing holes. It is fixed on the concrete floor with expansion screws. It can be customized according to customer's requirements, and the accessories can be prepared. It can be installed by directly punching the machine.

2 . Display

2.1 It adopts outdoor special high-brightness LCD screen, the brightness reaches 1000-2500nit, visible under strong light, and the design life is 50,000 hours.
2.2 High definition image quality, screen resolution: 1920*1080.
2.3 High dynamic contrast, the picture is clearer and the viewing angle is 178°.
2.4 Intelligent photosensitive system, which can automatically adjust the brightness of the screen according to the environment. Users can watch the program clearly and comfortably at different times to protect the eyes.
2.5 Intelligent color calibration, automatic calibration contrast color or manual fine-tuning for perfect picture.



3. Intelligent temperature control system

3.1 Adopt intelligent direct ventilation (forced air cooling) cooling system, specializing in special heat dissipation design.
3.2 Self-developed intelligent temperature control system control box, which can adjust the internal air and external air of the whole machine to cycle regularly according to the internal temperature of the advertising machine. All external wind enters the filter net first, then divides the wind into front/back double air circulation. .
3.3 Equipped with high-temperature automatic power-off protection function, when the internal temperature of the product is abnormal due to external factors or internal reasons, and beyond the reasonable working range, the control system will protect the main components such as the display from power-off protection, and the fan will continue to run at full speed. 4.4 Configure the precision timer, which can be set in both Chinese and English. It can be set repeatedly according to the time of day, week and month.
4.5 Over-temperature protection: When it occurs, for example, because the special conditions such as the entrance and exit of the air duct are blocked and the internal temperature is high, the system will turn off the power of the LCD screen, and the air-cooling system will continue to operate normally to cool down, protect the LCD screen and the motherboard. And other major components.
