[Press Office] With the resurgence of audiences on South Africa’s main arterial roads Outdoors (OOH), Primemedia Outdoor welcomes the launch of its new Urban Digital Outdoor (DOOH) billboard UDN020 Nicol Avenue and Republic Road in Sandton, Johannesburg, at the corner of William Street.

This 4m x 8m LED is the newest member of the Urban Digital Network (UDN) strategically developed by Primmedia Outdoor, which covers major suburban arterial roads in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Ekurhuleni, Eastern Cape and Cape Town.

The 13 digital billboards have been optimized to reach audiences on their way to work places; schools and other important points of interest, such as shopping centers. UDN020 has added a large audience to the already highly regarded urban digital network, which now provides 1.5 million unique potential impacts and more than 28 million impressions within four weeks (ROAD 17/18/19).

With increasing competition in the DOOH field, Primmedia Outdoor ensures that it creates the best value for its advertisers by developing digital billboards in locations that increase the brand's importance to DOOH's highly receptive audience.

The urban digital network is one of the smartest assets in the Prime Outdoor stables, integrating Prime(i) technology and using advanced technology for anonymous vehicle identification. UDN020 is fully equipped with Prime(i) capabilities, thereby increasing the potential for highly targeted advertising campaigns.
