In order to stand out from the competition in the global display market, Vanguard LED adopts a customer-centric approach and is very sensitive to the needs of each customer.

"Our role is to be a partner to our customers, and the customer in turn has a customer-the end user," said Michael Wiener, CEO/founder of Vanguard LED. "Then we work together to ensure that end users are completely satisfied with the services and products we provide."

Wiener explained that Vanguard knows that it has always been "at the forefront of the product." "We must give our customers a reason to buy."

What are these reasons? Start with Vanguard’s award-winning Axion series of fine-pitch LED solutions.

The original aspect ratio of the Axion LED video display series cabinet is 16:9. With pixel pitches of P0.94, P1.2, P1.3, P1.6, P1.8 and P2.5, it is not surprising that the Axion LED series has become a popular choice for military customers and stakeholders who need LED walls It has perfect performance, vivid brightness and fine pitch.

The great success of the Axion LED series inspired the development of Vanguard's new Axion Invictus, which utilizes the revolutionary new ChipFlip technology. With ChipFlip, Axion Invictus has achieved a surprisingly low failure rate and ultra-fine pixel pitch range of P0.7-P1.5.

Axion Invictus is also becoming more and more popular because it uses the best components to achieve its ultra-low pixel pitch range. No need to worry about external cables. Its back is also flat, which is very suitable for wall-mounted installation. Because there is no internal ribbon, front repairable design and pre-threaded installation position, installation becomes streamlined, fast and simple.

"ChipFlip is our on-board chip version, which reduces the failure rate to five parts per million (5/PPM)," Wiener said.

Vanguard LED displays that support ChipFlip include the direct packaging of fine pixel pitch SMD 1010 LED chips on the PCB. There is no soldering in the ChipFlip process. The chip and the substrate are electrically and mechanically interconnected by solder paste bonding. The strength of the solder used in the ChipFlip process is 100 times the strength of the solder normally used in the SMD process. Therefore, Vanguard guarantees that the failure rate in the first year does not exceed 5/PPM. The acceptable failure rate for SMD displays in the first year is 50-100 PPM.

Performance assurance is another way for Vanguard LED to enhance the value proposition for customers.

Vanguard is rooted in the core values of high-quality service, responsiveness and communication, and stands out in the broad field of display manufacturers. The company works closely with its partners to provide design advice, electrical and installation drawings, five-year warranty and 5% spare parts.

Vanguard's procurement method is different. "Each of our competitors is a factory," Wiener said. "Our approach is to choose one of the best OEM factories in each area of the market. Through our selection of a single OEM factory that only focuses on that specific product, quality control can be achieved."

In 2019, Vanguard launched another game changer-LED Dome, which is very suitable for analog, TV/film, aerospace and military applications. "No one has made LED domes before," Wiener said.

Similarly, Vanguard provides its Cerium LED Cylinder. The projector can cause many frustrating problems. They need edge blending and are susceptible to ambient light, which will affect the projected image. The Vanguard LED cylinder and LED dome are continuous LED displays that produce seamless images and produce exceptionally bright, intense colors, including black.
